Adam Durso

I was born on October 28th, 1985 in New Haven, and have lived ever since in the Mt. Carmel area of Hamden. I graduated from Hamden High School in 2005, and attended Western New England College in Springfield MA graduating in 2009 with a BA in English-Lit. I am looking toward enrolling in an MFA program with a focus on creative writing. I was always a bit of a bookish kid, and that carried on into adulthood, as I read voraciously. I have a love for writing, and hope to write for publication specializing, though not limited to long and short fiction, creative non fiction, and poetry. I’d love to write also for television or film, and for comics.
You can find me frequently in the gym working out, or outdoors. I am an avid martial arts enthusiast and practitioner. Studying in Ireland my junior year of college kindled a love for travel which I plan on nurturing further, extensively through Europe again and I hope to make my way out to Japan and China.
