Karen Annunziata
Karen was born and raised in New Haven County. She graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in English and Women’s Studies in 2007. She discovered in college, her love of writing, traveling, and health. She then found her interests leading her to the University of New Haven’s Nutrition & Dietetics program, where she stayed for a year. Karen currently works at Yale-New Haven Hospital as a Dietetic Technician. She can usually be found downtown enjoying the fruits of New Haven. Whether it be taking pictures, discovering new people, admiring the art of others or working on her own, Karen Annunziata loves culture, family, and life! Her travels through Europe solidify that fact. She lives a busy life, but is always looking to experience new opportunities. Her dream job would incorporate health, art, and writing in some way, shape, or form. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, painting, and laughing. Karen firmly believes that any situation can be handled with composure and solved with humor.
